Health Coaching Supervisor (April 2012 – Present) Manage nine in-office and remote health coaches to successful service hundreds of company clients nation wide. Participate in weekly meetings with the CEO, President and Coaching Department Director to ensure smoothly run department. Provide input for new ideas for the coaching and other departments and continually strive for an open communication among coaches. Manage personal health coaching client caseload, and all other Senior Health Coach responsibilities listed below.
Senior Health Coach (June 2011 - May 2012) Facilitate inter-office communication between the account management and coaching departments to reinforce and streamline company information. Distribute SalesForce tasks to ensure equal management of new cases among coaches. Generate new and edit existing materials including those for Great American Smokeout, Maintain Don’t Gain, WellTips, Texts and Tweets. Provide input for new ideas in the coaching and other departments and continually strive for an open communication among coaches. Empower clients along the stages of change toward their optimum health potential while managing a large caseload.

Community Manager. Responsible for engaging health practitioners and lay Internet users in community website features. Initiated grass-roots campaign efforts that greatly improved site growth and traffic among integrative health advocates and complementary and alternative medicine users. Generated 1,000+ content web pages and nurtured potential investor relationships. Gave presentations to graduate schools and sat in on investor meetings. Integral team member expected to bring knowledge and innovation to the company.

Spoke on student panels, advised accepted students, evaluated new guides, and led campus tours for prospective students.
