Wellness Coaching
Have you ever felt a little "off" without being able to understand the root cause of this feeling? Do you ponder whether or not you're engaging in activities that are optimal for your mental and physical health? Are you interested in becoming a more conscious, intentional and healthier you?
Health coaching is a collaborative process through which you can find your inner reasons for operating as you do in the world, as well as learn what tools you can use to support yourself through the challenges that arise.
My process begins with a 20 minute free consultation during which we'll determine what are your personal goals and we'll begin to outline how you can work toward them. At the end of our initial session we'll determine the frequency, length and price of our coaching plan based on what we together decide is both most beneficial and financially feasible. *
